Gumm and Luke Alessi have become hometown favourites with their back-to-back sets seeing them perform at Let Them Eat Cake, as well as a string of club shows around Melbourne including a sold-out Darklove.

On the solo-front, Luke Alessi has seen massive success in the past 12 months. His most recent release was his debut EP with RÜFÜS DU SOL’s label Rose Avenue, which saw the lead track ‘Scuze Me’ top the Indie Dance Charts, gaining support from the likes of Dino Lenny, WhoMadeWho, Whitesquare, Chloe Caillet, John Digweed, Magdalena, Black Coffee, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Musumeci, Lehar, Adam Ten and more. Prior to that in 2022 he had two EPs with Mobilee, one on Buttress Recordings and a remix for RÜFÜS DU SOL on their Surrender remix album.

Gumm’s discography has also been building with releases on Adana Twins’ TAU, Paris’ Bordello A Parigi and Curses’ Ombra International, plus a string of upcoming works on the way. With constant bookings in Melbourne, as well as Sydney and Brisbane, Gumm is well positioned for a very exciting 2023.
