Novel x Other People is heading back to Bourke Street Courtyard, and this time we’re welcoming an artist at the forefront of the Australian dance music scene, Loods. With a string of sold-out releases on Mall Grab’s Steel City Dance Discs imprint label, Loods has become synonymous with peak time, heavy-hitting house/electronic music. Through appearances at Boiler Room and mixes for Rinse FM, NTS and Triple J, the Sydney ex-pat, London native has earned the tick of approval from industry heads Pete Tong, Annie Mac and Danny Howard. Joining our Sunday afternoon showcase, we welcome dark-disco spearhead Gumm, deep house enthusiast Marli, and a member of the CR8M8’s collective, Frizzy McGuire. Following a string of sold-out Novel x Other People showcases this year, we expect this next edition will follow in suit.
