Stephan Bodzin: At this stage in his longstanding career, Stephan Bodzin is very much his own man. His extensive achievements don’t matter to him. He is on a mission to interest and surprise himself, to find new musical avenues and explore different perspectives. Considered one of the most thrilling live shows in techno, his most recent album ‘Boavista’ and its accompanying world tour exhibits his essence beautifully. The music on ‘Boavista’ is bright and colourful, whilst still holding his trademark synth sounds that have long defined Bodzin's output, mostly on his own Herzblut Recordings label, but also more recently Afterlife. Having headlined the world’s biggest stages more than once, from Awakenings, Afterlife, Sonar, Timewarp, Nuits Sonores, and more, he continues to define modern techno, in a way that no one else can.

Luna Semara: The German artist, with a French and African background, certainly feels at home on the global music stage. She knows how to manipulate the environment and create the perfect dance conditions for her audience. Having moved to Berlin in the late 90s, she felt safe in the dark concrete rooms of Tresor where heavy techno was played, and this mixture of pumping bass, beats and synths, captured her heart. Luna Semara has performed at Rex in Paris, Rocker33 in Stuttgart, IPSE in Berlin and Spartacus in Aix-en-Provence. On a production front, her first EP ‘The Pink Room’ appeared on Stephan Bodzin’s label Herzblut Recordings in 2015, and received industry praise from the likes of Marc Romboy, John Digweed, Christian Smith, Thomas Schumacher and Gregor Tresher. This showcase will be an Australian debut for Luna, and comes highly anticipated.

Gumm: Over the last ten years, Gumm graduated from being an active promoter hosting renegade parties in obscure public spaces to performing at Melbourne's biggest festivals, including Let Them Eat Cake, Pitch Music & Arts and smalltown. As co-founder of Melbourne brand Darklove, he hosted international acts The Drifter and Damon Jee to go with regular bookings supporting Maceo Plex, DJ Koze, Jennifer Cardini, Job Jobse and more. On the production front, Gumm’s global sound with roots in genres like nu-wave, indie-dance and nu-disco lead to his recent single “Heroes Call”, being signed to Adana Twins’ Berlin-based TAU label, and has made waves across the global indie-dance scene.
